Applicant must be a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong computer and organizational skills. Knowledge of stormwater systems, regulations and / or General Contracting will be helpful as there is great potential for growth in this role. This position reports to the Sales Manager. / ppJob Location / ppThis position will be at our facility in Fontana, CA. / ppKey Responsibilities / pulliWork closely with field operations, sales team and customers to manage the drill rig and construction schedule / liliCommunicate effectively internally to share opportunities, work through challenges, and keep colleagues updated on projects / liliCommunicate effectively externally to provide exceptional service to our contacts and guide them through the construction process / liliAbility to keep a calm demeanor, multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make good decisions / liliAbility to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals / liliContinuously maintain Salesforce projects, accounts, contacts, and activities / liliTrack work-in-progress and revenue on a weekly basis / liliAbility to read civil construction plans, perform take-offs and estimating / liliPrepare and submit customer pre-qualification applications and bid forms / liliPrepare, submit and manage project specific submittals and safety documents / liliProvide administrative support to management and field construction staff / liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite interruptions, with accuracy and attention to detail / liliStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Professional.
