Home Health

This position involves in-home visits for newborns and postpartum mothers shortly after hospital discharge. Most visits are one-time well-checks focusing on recovery after delivery or C-section, newborn health, lactation support, blood pressure or diabetes monitoring, and general postpartum concerns.

RTO due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted.

Required:
NJ License
2 years recent Home health experience
Mother-Baby experience
OASIS and EPIC EMR experience

Must have:
Reliable transportation
Valid drivers license

Will be required to work every 5th weekend and every other holiday
Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. Example, admissions are counted as 2
