The Role

• Develop, deploy, and iterate on voice and LLM‑driven systems for real customer use‑cases
• Own architecture decisions supporting scalability, latency, and reliability

• Evaluate model behaviour across real conversational traffic and drive improvements
• Design systems that anticipate future growth and team expansion
