In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, training and developing team members, achieving financial goals, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Engaging with customers : taking orders, processing transactions, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Training and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Preparing high-quality products to meet our standards.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the work environment compliant with Labor Board, OSHA, and company regulations.
  • Monitoring service equipment and maintaining stock inventory.
  • Leading recognition and motivation initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Preparing financial reports and schedules for manager's review.
