Locations : Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Medley, Pompano & Aventura – FL

Your Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will be the key connection between our clients’ vision and the creation of spaces that combine beauty and functionality. Based in one of our showrooms in Miami, Doral, Medley, Pompano, or Aventura, you will guide clients through their remodeling journey, providing inspiration, creative solutions, and expert advice on product selection and design styles.

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about design and sales, customer-oriented, and eager to make a real impact in transforming homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and propose personalized design concepts and product solutions.
  • Guide clients throughout the buying process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Advise on premium products and materials aligned with the latest design trends.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and builders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and remodeling solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships, generating loyalty, repeat sales, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in home remodeling, interior design, kitchens / baths, or building materials).
  • We also welcome candidates with sales experience in other industries who bring :
  • Passion for learning and adapting quickly.
  • A genuine interest in design and customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
  • Experience with SAP Business One (a plus).
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – highly valued.
