Emma Marie's Groom & Daycare in North Dartmouth & Mattapoisett, Ma is looking for a client care representative.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and book reservations
  • Saving and Updating Client Vaccines and waivers
  • Respond to emails and handle email communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Time-management and organizational skills

    • Requirements

  • Must be able to work every other Saturday and Must be able to be flexible with schedule and be seeking 35+ hours
  • Must have experience
  • Must be ablet to lift large retail items (30 lb dog food bags)
  • Full-Time positions only
