What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency)
• Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Certification in BLS or ACLS
• DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
