Minimum – High School Diploma or GED
Minimum – 2 years administrative experience
Required Skills
- Must have experience with UKG Dimension - will complete timecard review, payroll edits, exception logs, etc.
- Excel
- Experience with DocuSign
- SharePoint workflow
- Calendar management, Teams meetings and communication. Roster management and other duties assigned.
- Good communication skills
- Good critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience, and ensure the work is performed appropriately.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and system / performance measures.Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
