Laborer Grounds Maintenance (CBP OKC, OK)

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY : The Laborer Grounds Maintenance position is responsible for performing general and grounds maintenance services to maintain the appearance and function of the building area and grounds at the CBP National Air Training Center in Oklahoma City OK.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Trash and debris removal from grounds parking lots driveways sidewalks etc.
• Grass mowing and edging of landscaped (primary) areas.
• Grass mowing and weeding of non-landscaped (secondary) areas.
• Pruning and trimming of shrubs and trees.
• Maintenance of shrubs hedges and flower beds.
• Weed control of landscaped and driveway areas.
• Fertilization of landscaped areas.
• Watering and irrigation of shrubs flowerbeds hedges trees and lawn areas.
• Raking and removal of leaves.
• Snow and ice removal and control.
• Interior and exterior pest and rodent control.
• Assist janitorial staff as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and comply with all applicable security and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
