[job_card.job_description]Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices. Ability to manage classes and teach effectively. First level facilitation skills. First level customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate problem solving skills. Technical Aptitude : Displays the capability to relate to a specific field of activity which requires a particular skill or specialized knowledge.
Salary Range : $79,375.00 - $135,000.00
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary / wage offered.

Purpose of Position
The Cabin Safety Instructor delivers exceptional instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct Cabin Safety training for clients receiving core, specialty, or enrichment training courses, including Initial, Recurrent, company specific drills and Executive Emergency training.
- Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet client needs in accordance with applicable curriculum.
- Competent with pre instruction Client Training requirements such as CTQ and RMS review and completion.
- Complete accurate training records in accordance with FlightSafety record completion procedures.
- Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with FlightSafety and regulatory requirements.
