Position : Lead Appliance Repair Technician

Location : Greater Indianapolis Area

Salary : Based on Experience

Bonus Eligibility : Up to $5,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on solving problems and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of appliance repair.
  • Must have at least 3 years of appliance experience including sealed systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
