Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve enterprise IT systems to enhance business information delivery and service quality
Develop strategies and build a team to support IT infrastructure, applications, and data across multiple locations
Collaborate with various departments to anticipate needs and mitigate risks related to information technology
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BA / BS in Computer Science required; MBA preferred
5-8 years of progressive IT experience with management experience required
Service industry experience required; pharma, biotech, or CRO experience preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred certifications include CCNA / CCNE and MCSE
