Key Responsibilities

Drive architectural vision for a new Order Management System (OMS) and risk platform

Set standards for code quality and oversee CI / CD automation and testing practices

Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-driven enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

10+ years in software engineering, primarily on complex Java backend systems

Experience with cloud deployments, microservices, and real-time data pipelines

Deep knowledge of Java performance optimization and database design

Familiarity with financial transaction systems and regulatory frameworks preferred
