A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pipeline to ensure timely loan resolution through various methods
Monitor and manage attorney performance and oversee legal proceedings
Collaborate with sub-servicers, vendors, and other teams to maintain business relationships
Required Qualifications
Preferred 4 years of mortgage experience in a default-servicing role
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and default servicing processes
Broad knowledge of real estate transaction methods
Knowledge of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Litigation, Deed-in-Lieu, and REO processes preferred
