[job_card.job_description]Location : Phoenix, AZ Compensation : $80,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Support all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT's), Set-up sheets and process plans. Lead / ensure the lessons learned are shared and implemented. Recommend process improvements to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Must have thorough understanding of GD&T Advanced Engineering Software and ERP Software is preferred. Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident) Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident) Previous manufacturing experience related to mechanical components for aerospace preferred 3 - 5 years experience with sheet metal fabrications and welding required Bachelor's degree in engineering field highly preferred Work onsite, in the office, sitting for up to 8 hours at a time. Expert ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, including contracts Sound analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline critical production environment Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills. Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Teams and other Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting, bending and repetitive motion The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
