A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure superior service to all H&R Block clients, and perform other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to finish the tax return interview, effective communication skills, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and additional state and local requirements may apply.
