A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Patient Liaison to join their remote team in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions
Process expense reimbursements and train study site personnel on using the online portal
Required Qualifications
BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); proficiency in French and Portuguese is a plus
Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
