Customer service rep

Randstad is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP who:

• Will work with Consumer Lending and be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer complaints/enquiries.
• Can adhere to strict monthly metrics and KPIs
• Is reliable, and will commit to 8 weeks of training with no missed time
• Researches cases independently
• Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers

Shift Days/Hours:

Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off

4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

7:30 PM - 4:00 AM

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

education: Bachelors
