We are seeking a board-certified Neurologist for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois. This opportunity starts on Jan 5, 2026, with flexible coverage 2-3 days per week during regular day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate must have neuro experience from primary care or ICU settings and should be comfortable managing patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and concussions. Training on GON blocks and trigger point injections can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Treat patients with concussions and TBI using GON injections and trigger point injections
  • Administer magnesium and natural treatment modalities as preferred
  • Manage cases involving a spectrum of neuro-related conditions, especially TBI and concussions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive neuro care

    • Additional Information

  • Must hold active licensure in Illinois and Indiana
  • Board certification in Neurology required
  • Provider must possess neuro experience; background may include primary care or ICU settings
  • Experience with TBIs and concussions is preferred
  • Training available for GON blocks and trigger point injections
