Role Description
This is a contract role for an Office Manager at Fein Zalkin Interiors. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of the firm. Key responsibilities include handling communication, maintaining client communication, handling billing, interior design procurement, providing quality customer service, and ensuring efficient office administration. This is a hybrid role based in the Miami‑Fort Lauderdale‑Boca Raton area, allowing for a combination of in‑office work and remote tasks. Transportation is a requirement as there will be weekly on‑site meetings.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration for managing schedules, records, and operational tasks.
Experience in managing and maintaining team communication, daily operations and related tasks.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in office software and tools, including spreadsheet and document management applications.
Positive attitude, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Self‑motivation is a must.
Prior experience in a design or creative industry environment is a plus.
