Key Responsibilities
Support the design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs
Conduct market pricing, job evaluation, and benchmarking using market data sources
Maintain accurate compensation data and generate reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related roles
Knowledge of compensation concepts such as base pay, pay grades, and market pricing
Proficiency with HRIS / Compensation tools and advanced Excel skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, WorldatWork CCP / CBP) are a plus
