Senior Associate, M&A Diligence

A company is looking for a M&A Diligence - Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions

Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models

Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience

CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred

Experience working for a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred

Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses

Strong interest in empowering employee ownership in small businesses
