Were seeking a skilled CNC Router to join one of our prestigious clients in Castle Donington !

Youll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC router machines, as well as adjusting and optimising programs to produce precision components from engineering drawings. This role is ideal for someone who works safely, efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!

What youll be doing

• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to produce accurate components
• Develop and adjust CNC programs, selecting tools, speeds, feeds, and cutting paths
• Set up and calibrate CNC router machines, including tool selection and material alignment
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operation throughout production
• Perform first-part inspections and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Perform basic machine maintenance and proactively resolve machinery issues, escalating as needed
• Report machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly
• Simulate programs to identify and resolve potential issues before production

Hours

Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

Friday 7am-1pm
