Qualifications :

You are a board-certified APRN who is passionate about working with the underserved population ages 55+ who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You are comfortable providing care both in person and virtually, and you want to grow a practice where you and your patients work together to decide the best course of treatment in achieving their goals in an outpatient setting.
