Surgical Technology Faculty Coordinator

A company is looking for a Lead Surgical Technology Faculty - Certification Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Develop individual remediation and study plans for students to ensure certification examination readiness

Make recommendations to the Program Chair regarding student readiness for certification and licensure examinations

Complete teaching assignments and supervise coaches assisting with student readiness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred

Graduate of an accredited surgical technology education program

Possess a national certification in surgical technology

At least 2 years of experience in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
