Job Summary : The Production Line Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing operations meet quality, delivery, and safety goals. This position directly influences production efficiency, employee morale, and customer satisfaction. Energetic, people-oriented supervisor to direct production teams, and organizational initiatives, combining customer-centric focus with team leadership while encouraging a collaborative environment, an attentive and driven production supervisor with strong managerial, administrative, and human relations skills to position and develop effective procedures to ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficiency in a challenging environment.

Requirements : Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferredMust be Bilingual (Spanish / English) at a professional working proficient levelMinimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing environment.Familiarity with production documentation process (schematic literacy, design documents, work instructions, SOP, ECN / ECR, etc.).Exceptional people skills, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in production management tools.Moderate computer skills using basic software systems.
