Collateral Specialist

ALD Collateral Services Coordinator Location Carmel, IN | Onsite Compensation & Schedule $19 / hr M–F, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST W2 6-month assignment ROLE IMPACT This role is the central point of contact for Collateral Management operations, supporting service delivery, invoice management, and vendor coordination. The coordinator ensures accurate billing processes, effective vendor communication, and seamless support for client-facing platforms, contributing directly to the operational integrity of risk management services. KEY DUTIES Manage invoice payments and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Audit and batch invoices for accounting, collaborating with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies Administer collateral services, including vendor support for asset tracking, remarketing, collections, and title tracking Act as the single point of contact for business issues related to client-facing platforms such as CenterPoint and the Risk Management Portal Support client onboarding and training for technology services, working alongside internal departments and IT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of administrative, billing, or client service experience Basic Excel skills, including filtering and sorting Strong attention to detail and communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with financial operations, invoice auditing, or vendor communication Familiarity with collateral protection, insurance tracking systems, or risk platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
