A company is looking for a Program Manager - Document Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Document Management System and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AODocs

Create and maintain G-Suite-based templates and coordinate user engagement to enhance platform adoption

Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the configuration and enhancement of the AODocs platform

Required Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in any discipline

8+ years of large-scale project management experience, preferably as a Project Manager

8+ years of experience in highly regulated industries such as aviation, transportation, energy, automotive manufacturing, or medical device / pharmaceuticals

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
