Schneider Deli   is opening our second location in   Lincoln Park , and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic hospitality professionals to build our opening team around. The ideal candidate is dedicated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. To open,   we are prioritizing applicants with full-time availability   who want to learn and grow with us for the long haul!

At Schneider Deli, we work hard to create a welcoming space where our neighbors can gather and shmooze over   Bubbe-approved   Jewish deli fare. No reinventing the wheel, no fuss, just the classics : held to the highest standard, with consistency, delivered with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently to spec
• Slice, portion, and handle meats and cheeses properly
• Maintain speed and consistency during peak service periods
• Communicate clearly with cashiers, expediters, and kitchen staff
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Keep sandwich station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
• Assist with prep work before service and breakdown after service
• Follow opening and closing checklists as assigned
• Uphold Schneider Deli’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
