Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident working with tight tolerances, and skilled in operating 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and producing components according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers).

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Select and install tools, fixtures, and materials.

Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Zeiss or equivalent).

Maintain tolerances to within ±0.0005" (as required).

Perform basic machine programming or editing (G / M code or CAM software).

Collaborate with engineers and quality control to refine processes.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace / medical a plus).

Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and workholding.

Experience with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Haas, Siemens).

Familiarity with Zeiss CMM or similar metrology equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a precision-driven team.

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to read and speak English fluently.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

Experience with laser engraving systems.

Rapid prototyping or small-batch production background.

CAD / CAM experience (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam).
