Founding Engineer

A company is looking for a Founding Engineer (Senior / Staff).

Key Responsibilities

Build the V1 clinical operations layer, designing and shipping core systems for patient experience and therapist workflows

Lead AI innovation by developing and scaling AI-native features such as speech-to-text triage and real-time voice agents

Set the technical bar and grow the engineering team through mentorship and by making major architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

Proficiency in both backend and frontend systems, with the ability to architect scalable solutions

A strong desire to win and a track record of excellence in previous work

A mission-driven mindset focused on addressing the mental health crisis for older adults

Experience in mentoring and inspiring team members to achieve high standards and fast-paced execution
