About the Role :

As a CBRE Union Apprentice Engineer specializing in electrical systems, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and building systems. This position falls under the Engineering and Technical Services job function, supporting preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electrical infrastructure.

Schedule : M-F 3 : 00 pm-11 : 30 pm

What You'll Do

• Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, panels, and lighting.
• Support licensed electricians with tasks such as pulling wire, connecting circuits, and installing fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections to identify electrical hazards, faulty wiring, or malfunctioning components.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring.
• Maintain and repair electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, and breakers.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with electrical codes and regulations.
• Document work performed and assist with inventory of electrical materials.

Pay Disclaimer : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $26.44 / hr, and the maximum salary for this position is $28.88 / hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
