BR+A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.

BR+A is seeking applicants for the Data Entry Clerk position in our Boston, MA. As part of our Construction Administration department, the candidate will be responsible for assisting engineering design teams by logging submittals, RFI's, typing reports and communicating with project team members. This position is also accountable for tracking documents received and completion dates.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

• Strong working knowledge of the processes of web-based share file operations for the construction industry;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must as we support multiple office locations.
