Apply Now and join our dedicated team at T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center! This is a rewarding position for teachers, tutors, CNAs, and those who have a desire to help kids and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Brain Trauma Injuries (TBI).

About Us : T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking result-driven individuals who have a passion for helping others.

  • Shift Differential : An additional $1.50 per hour for working anytime from 3 : 00 PM or later

Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Record and report client progress and behaviors
  • Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients

    • Requirements :

  • On-boarding documents
  • Resume
  • Up-to-date Negative TB Test
  • Credentialing documentation / state requirements

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of HS Diploma proof and transcripts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
