[job_card.job_description]Bachelors and 12 years of experience masters and 10 years of experience or 18 in lieu of a degree 10 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer 5 years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect 5 years leading ServiceNow development teams Required ServiceNow required certification : o Certified System Administrator (baseline) Certified Application Developer (baseline) ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas : CIS IT Service Management CIS Discovery IS Service Mapping CIS Strategic Portfolio Management CIS Application Portfolio Management CIS Software Asset Management CIS Hardware Asset Management 5 years of experience with technical discussions and reviews. 5 years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies 5 years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications such as ITSM ITOM (HAM and SAM) ITBM CSM SecOps GRC HR 5 years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services Healthcare High Tech Manufacturing Retail etc.) 5 years of technical leadership experience driving change / solutions. Ability to work in a high growth fast paced environment Excellent understanding of system architecture design principles and impacts Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB HAM SAM etc.) Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly Experience with the US Federal Government Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance. Experience with Web development including technologies such as X-HTML CSS3 SQL XML Angular and JavaScript or Java Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols Experience with Business Rules Workflow Identification Rules Workspaces and External Portals Knowledge of SAML Active Directory or LDAP Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications including ITSM HAM SAM ITBM CSM SecOps GRC TRM / APM or HR Project Management or Agile certification ITILv4 Foundations Certification Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week in Woodlawn MD.

Description of Work :
- Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture leading multiple development and implementations providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.
- Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development enhancements and implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e. AI and automation).
- Build roadmaps provide recommendations lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
- Help development teams as needed.
- All other duties as assigned or directed.
Basic Qualifications : Minimum knowledge skills abilities needed.
