Job Summary : The maintenance technician's role is not supervisory; you will work with the supervisor to efficiently operate the assigned departments by performing various repairs and maintenance tasks for the restaurant(s) and facilities upkeep. Facilities include multiple locations for Jack in the Box and Qdoba Mexican Eats.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and plumbing systems, including repairing lighting, grills, fryers, and appliances.
• Serve multiple locations to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property's systems and equipment to identify and address any issues.
• Perform self-identified repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as part of a preventive maintenance program.
• Flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Equipment installation
• All other jobs assigned.
