Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration verification and preventative maintenance of precision measurement equipment and gauges.
• Conduct dimensional inspections of manufactured parts tooling and fixtures using CMMs optical comparators calipers micrometers and other metrology tools.
• Document calibration records inspection results and non-conformance reports accurately and thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve measurement discrepancies equipment malfunctions and provide technical support to production.
• Develop implement and maintain metrology procedures work instructions and best practices.
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends process variations and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the selection acquisition and validation of new metrology equipment.
