Description
This full-time role ensures compliance with safety and environmental program requirements and creates an HSE culture that leads to zero harm to our employees and the environment. This position is the HSE functional expert and will work with, and through the management team to implement environmental, health and safety requirements and ensuring that they are met through ownership and accountability by all employees. Identifies best practices and incorporates these into our standards. Travels to all Netafim USA sites to provide expertise, support, guidance, and oversight to HSE processes, including safety culture, environmental compliance, occupational health processes, social responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS include the following.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience in Occupational Health and Safety
3 years manufacturing, or related operations experience required, with a demonstrated ability to apply safety principles across commercial activities as well.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written in English, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of safety through effective communication.
SKILLS
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required, with the ability to use these tools to drive safety culture improvements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to bend, reach, and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30lbs; some travel required, including travel related to safety assessments and culture development in commercial areas.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license required, with a strong emphasis on safe driving practices.
OSHA certification preferred, reflecting a commitment to safety across all aspects of the organization.
