About the Role :
Family Paths, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician (Associate or Licensed) to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician working with our Families In Transition (FIT) team, you will be responsible for providing culturally responsive therapy and case management services to eligible children and their adults caregivers. Clients include children / adolescents (ages 0 to 21) and adults in their families throughout Alameda County. Direct service may include, but is not limited to play, individual and family therapy, rehabilitation, case management, therapy groups, and collateral contacts. Direct service work takes place in the home, school, office, Telehealth, or other appropriate settings in the community as needed or required by clients. Working collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being.

As a FIT Mental Health Clinician, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals. You will use your expertise in evidence-based practices to provide high-quality mental health services to clients and help them achieve their goals. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain accurate client records will be essential to your success and the success of our program. Additionally, your fluency in English and Spanish, experience working with clients who have experienced trauma or have a history of substance abuse, and experience working with children and families will be highly valued in this role.

Bilingual : Spanish Speaker
Special Requirements :
Must maintain a valid CA driver license, reliable personal automobile, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance meeting required limits of liability to drive on agency business as needed.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,125 Depending on experience
Compensation details : 75000-85125 Yearly Salary
