Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients visiting for routine health needs or important health decisions.
• The PSR I draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for laboratory testing while following established procedures.
• The role involves direct patient contact, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and performing blood draws safely and accurately.
• The PSR I will demonstrate leadership behaviors with a focus on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
• Under the supervision of the area supervisor, the individual will perform daily activities accurately, maintain a safe and professional environment, complete specimen collection duties, and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and staff.
