A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to ensure effective day-to-day operations and delivery of quality financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare new account openings and engagement letters
Facilitate client onboarding and monitor progress of account openings and transfers
Research and resolve client issues while preparing regular reports for the department
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience and / or coursework in accounting and / or operations
Experience in the securities or banking industry (preferred)
Knowledge of database management and account reconciliations
Familiarity with Orion and Redtail software
