Position : Behavior Technician

Location : Inglewood, CA

Our mission is to empower children to embrace their unique learning capabilities. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a profound difference as a Behavior Technician in a school setting.

Compensation : $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience and education

Employment Type : Full Time & Part Time (depending on assignment)

Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday following Inglewood Unified School District Calendar

Minimum Education : High School Diploma and / or some college studies (preferred).

Key Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
• Strong proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, and reading comprehension.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Physically fit enough to maintain an active role in the classroom and playground.
• Previous experience working with children.
