Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and are cross-trained to be Charge RNs. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Quickly adapt to different workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility to meet the following schedule requirements : 2 Fridays 2 Mondays 1 Weekend Participate in training for ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
