The person hired for the position of Production Operator will be responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant. They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping.

• Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Applying quality instructions & specifications
• Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Loading / unloading material into & from equipment.
• Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
• Understanding and following all safety policies and procedures
• Following process standards to ensure quality product is produced.
• Performing data entry and recording required tests and adjusting processes as necessary to meet quality specifications.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping
• Handling hazardous waste material in accordance with federal and state regulations

Pay transparency : The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.39 / hr., with the potential to reach $27.40 / hr. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other benefits and incentives may apply.

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and / or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations / compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
