Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Lifecycle : Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion. Oversee all phases by collaborating with internal sales, engineering, and service teams to manage budgets, schedules, and overall project delivery.
• Develop Strategic Project Plans : Create detailed project plans, communicate updates or changes clearly, and ensure all work is completed on schedule and within budget. Select and coordinate with contractors and engage with clients to guide project development.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee key project activities such as customer support, contract management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Maintain Quality and Reliability : Ensure all power solutions meet rigorous quality, testing, and commissioning standards to guarantee reliable performance when deployed.
• Communicate with Clarity : Prepare clear and concise reports and correspondence. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to keep projects advancing successfully.
