A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Behavioral Health team, focusing on acute mental health crisis evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inquiries and assessments, maintaining an updated patient information database
Perform psychosocial assessments and collaborate with care providers for appropriate patient placement
Provide mental health support, including de-escalation strategies and safety plans for individuals in Behavioral Health programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred; an approved nursing program is acceptable
At least two years of Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Active unrestricted multistate RN license required
Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHN) preferred
