Key Responsibilities
Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
Provide customer service and engage positively with pet families during high call volumes
Gather and document pet medical information while adhering to performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Must have a wired Ethernet connection for remote work
Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
