Traveling Construction Superintendent - Healthcare Projects

This role involves traveling to various locations to oversee hospital and clinic renovations, tenant improvements, and additions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the on-site construction process for healthcare and life sciences projects, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards.
• Effectively coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maximize project efficiency and ensure the highest quality outcomes.
• Adhere to all healthcare construction standards, including infection control measures and specialized facility requirements.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to establish goals and track project progress.
• Maintain precise project documentation, including schedules, daily logs, and quality control reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically in healthcare and/or life sciences projects.
• Proven tenure and stability with previous employers.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control, safety protocols, and cleanroom standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.
