Executive Assistant & Show Coordinator

AAHC-ECFD / Home Health Care Today Show

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare and media? Join Dr. Cleamon Moorer, Jr., award-winning entrepreneur and host of the upcoming Home Health Care Today Show on WMYD TV-20, as the right hand to his teams at AAHC and ECFD in managing a growing healthcare enterprise and exciting new TV platform.

The Role : You'll split your time between :

  • Personal assistant duties (calendar, correspondence, admin)
  • Client intake specialist (converting TV, phone, internet, and partnership leads into AAHC / ECFD clients)
  • Outreach to potential clients via ongoing calling campaigns
  • Guest liaison (booking and coordinating expert guests for weekly TV show)

You're Perfect If :

  • Healthcare background (clinical, sales, or admin)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-obsessed and follow-through driven
  • Excited about working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
