Qualify leads and design customized strategies that address client challenges, ensuring alignment with their goals and maximizing the value of Databricks offerings.

10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in big data, cloud, AI/ML, or advanced analytics sectors.

Deep knowledge of the Databricks platform, its capabilities, and competitive differentiators, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.

Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals within SaaS, cloud, or data analytics ecosystems.

Expertise in building executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makers across multiple industries.

Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive pipeline growth and sales efficiency.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
